[Job Description]
I. Structural Design Direction
1. Conduct a feasibility assessment for the launch of the new product, and evaluate the implementation plan and development timeline.
2. Conduct technical development and oversee product planning and design tasks.
3. Coordinate the resolution of technical issues arising during manufacturing, procurement, quality control, and after-sales processes.
4. Properly complete the technical archiving of the entire project according to standardized requirements.
5. Responsible for briefing and communicating new technologies, as well as providing guidance on their application.
II. Electromagnetic Simulation Direction
1. Design an electromagnetic system for electron beam focusing and deflection.
2. Conduct simulation analysis of the motor's magnetic field, torque, and losses to ensure the design meets performance specifications.
3. Responsible for the evaluation, selection, and certification of electromagnetic materials related to motors.
4. Analyze motor failure components during R&D and production, pinpoint issues at the electromechanical level, and drive design improvements and process optimizations.
3. High-Voltage Power Supply Direction
1. Set up a high-voltage testing environment and design a CT high-voltage generator solution.
2. Power supply design for the X-ray tube assembly, aimed at minimizing electromagnetic interference and voltage reflections.
3. Insulation system design and validation, failure mode analysis, and development of redundancy protection strategies.
4. Resolve technical issues during product debugging and provide support for production and quality control.
5. Collaborate with manufacturers and other departments to implement specific initiatives such as optimizing technical equipment selection, adopting new technologies, and driving cost reductions while enhancing efficiency.
[Job Requirements]
1. Education requirement: Master’s degree or higher.
2. Professional Requirements: Majors such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Design, Applied Physics, Nuclear Technology and its Applications, or related fields.
3. Familiar with vacuum and electromagnetic fields; a medical background is preferred.
4. Possess strong skills in accessing scientific and technical literature, as well as proficient reading and writing abilities in both Chinese and English.
5. Works diligently and conscientiously, with strong communication and hands-on skills, as well as a proactive spirit of innovation and a collaborative team mindset.
