Job responsibilities:

1. Evaluate the feasibility of new product initiation, demonstrate the implementation plan and development progress;

2. Responsible for the design and development of new projects and new products and the upgrading and improvement of previous products;

3. Be responsible for the design and demonstration of high voltage and insulation components of X-ray tubes and X-ray tube assemblies;

4. Coordinate and solve the technical problems in the process of manufacturing, purchasing, quality and after-sales to ensure the smooth implementation of technical projects;

5. Complete the technical archiving of the whole project according to the standardization requirements;

6. Be responsible for the disclosure and communication of new technologies, and guide the application;

7. Implement specific work of cost reduction and efficiency increase such as selection and improvement of technical equipment and application of new technologies;

Job requirements：

1. Full time university bachelor degree or above, major in high voltage and insulation;

2. At least 5 years of working experience in electrical design and manufacturing industry;

3. Skillfully use AutoCAD and other relevant drawing software to carry out engineering design, with simulation experience preferred;

4. Be familiar with the principle of X-ray tube and high-voltage insulation part;

5. Be familiar with glass, ceramic materials, high-voltage sockets and high-voltage plugs, and have rich process experience;

6. Those who are familiar with product R&D, design and production processes, and who understand the medical device product R&D process are preferred;

7. Experience in medical equipment research and development such as X-ray machine, DR, CT is preferred;

8. Strong hands-on ability, careful work, conscientious and responsible, and strong team spirit;

Have good ability to consult scientific and technological documents and read and write both in Chinese and English.
