Job responsibilities:

1. Strictly follow the drawings, independently program and operate, and complete the turning of parts

2. Confirm the machining dimensions of parts and conduct self inspection during production

3. Selection and confirmation of tools and fixtures of CNC lathe, and storage and maintenance of tools in the working area

Eliminate various faults in the use of CNC lathe, and carry out daily machine tool maintenance

1. Be familiar with the programming operation of Yamazaki Mazak CNC turning center. The lathe model is QTC300MY L, MAZATROL SmoothC operating system, with power head and Y axis

2. CNC lathe experience of more than 5 years

3. Rich experience in the use of CNC lathe fixtures and various inspection tools

4. Understand the processing characteristics of various materials, and experience in molybdenum metal processing is preferred

5. Experience in small batch/multi type parts processing is required
